Our role is to identify, recommend, and coordinate access to these services on your behalf. The actual services are provided by independent, licensed third-party operators.
All third-party suppliers we work with are independent businesses licensed and regulated under applicable Greek and EU law. By proceeding with a booking coordinated by us, you acknowledge and agree that:
We act in good faith and use our best efforts to recommend only reputable, vetted, and appropriately licensed operators. However, this does not create any liability on our part for the actions or omissions of those operators.
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
Until these conditions are met, no booking is guaranteed and availability is subject to change. We cannot guarantee availability of any specific yacht, villa, restaurant table, or venue, particularly during peak season (June–September).
All proposals sent by Mykonos Island Best are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and may be subject to price changes if not confirmed promptly. We will always notify you of any changes before proceeding.
Payments for services go directly to the licensed supplier — not to Mykonos Island Best — unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing in advance.

Mykonos Island Best may charge a concierge coordination fee for certain services. Any such fee will be clearly communicated and agreed in writing before it is charged. We will never add hidden fees to supplier pricing without your prior knowledge and consent.
All prices quoted are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to applicable Greek VAT where required by law.
Cancellation and refund policies are set by each individual supplier and will be communicated to you before any booking is confirmed. Mykonos Island Best does not control and cannot override the cancellation terms of third-party suppliers.
General principles:
Any concierge coordination fee charged by Mykonos Island Best for work already performed is non-refundable, regardless of whether the underlying booking proceeds or is cancelled.
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, curtailment, and any activities you plan to undertake during your stay.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mykonos Island Best shall not be liable for:
Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the value of the concierge coordination fee actually paid to Mykonos Island Best for the specific service in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Greek or EU consumer protection law.

We reserve the right to decline or terminate our concierge service at any time if a client's behaviour is abusive, dishonest, or likely to cause harm to our team, our suppliers, or other guests.
Mykonos Island Best shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such events, we will make every reasonable effort to find alternative arrangements on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee alternatives will be available and accept no financial liability in these circumstances.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.
